We created spot 5 | 11 with love and passion for what we do. We are happy to welcome our guests, but kindly ask you to behave in the studio, like you would do it at your cosy and beloved home.

Plans can change - we totally get it!

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking.

Alternatively, you can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking.

If your situation doesn't fit in these time frames, contact us - we will do our best to find a solution.

 

By booking you agree with the following rules:

- The moment of booking is an automatic agreement with the studio rules.

- The studio booker is responsible for communicating the rules to all participants in the filming process and bears full financial responsibility for the actions of all filming participants or damage to studio property.

- No pets are allowed in the studio;

- All the participants should be in the studio with clean shoes. You can bring a change with you or use our free slippers (on request in advance). Shoe covers are not allowed! In case of non-compliance with this clause, the administrator has the right to withhold a fine of 30 euro. 

- No kids under 18 y.o are allowed to stay without parents in the studio;

- No open flames are allowed in the studio;

- Possibility of using additional materials on site,

capable of changing the appearance of the studio (confetti, feathers, soap bubbles, etc.)  agreed with the administrator in advance.

- The rental time starts strictly at the booked time.

- For any damage to studio property, the client bears full financial responsibility.

- You can move the furniture in the studio, but do not forget that the floors from the moving furniture can get scratched, so if you rearrange large items, do it without damaging the floor, using the efforts of two people. You can also always contact us for help.

- We kindly ask you to return all rearranged items to their places!

- 10 minutes before the end of your booked time, the administrator will contact you to remind you at the end of shooting time.

- We kindly ask you not to leave trash or your personal things. The administration is not responsible for the left items. 

- Smoking, using drugs or other prohibited things is prohibited in our studio. 

- It is prohibited to bring food and drinks into the halls and dressing rooms without prior agreement with the administrator.

- The duration of the shooting hour is 55 minutes. You must leave the set 5 minutes before the end of the rental time. The hall is handed over to the administrator in its original condition. If cleaning is necessary, please note that cleaning is carried out strictly at the time you booked and is done by the customer!

- Sitting on the tables, kitchen surface is prohibited and all the possible damage to the furniture is on the customer. 

- Sitting on the couch with the shoes on is not allowed. 

- Kids under 18 y.o are not allowed to attend evening events or stay in the studio if it is not a photo session with parents due to no special facilities to kids in our studio. 

- The equipment provided in the studio should be in the same condition and at the same places as before the photo shooting. 

- Paper background is charged extra 10 euros, when used. 

 

We kindly ask you not to be late! Being late does not cause a reduction in the rental price, nor does it allow you to rent longer than the booked time. The rental of a photo studio can be extended if you have free time. The minimum extension time is 30 minutes.
